The BCG 401k app has a lot of room for improvement. It’s constantly having login issues, and even when you get in, the layout makes it hard to clearly see what’s going on with your investments. Compared to something like Fidelity, it feels clunky and outdated. It gets the job done at a basic level, but definitely not a smooth or user-friendly experience.

App almost never opens. There’s really no explanation why - usually when I go to open the app it just spins and says “Please wait” and nothing happens. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading and that doesn’t work, either. On the occasion it does work it is very clunky, not intuitive, and lacks visual appeal. If you’re going to have an app, you should start over and try again.
