In Mind Notes, you can discuss with yourself. You will see two projections of your mind. One is "Positive" that expresses your natural feelings. The other is "Negative", a little suspicious and asks a lot of questions. It will also suggest alternatives.
You may find it strange to have an interactive discussion even though you are alone. However, some research has shown that this allows us to accurately recognize and deeply understand the facts.
Putting your feelings into words also helps to enhance your empathy and imagination.
