[情绪管理]小晴会帮你记录每日心情，观察与追踪情绪的变化，找到并分析出现“ 坏情绪”的原因，告诉你如何应对坏情绪的方法。
【自动续费订阅说明】
1.订阅服务：连续包月（1个月）、连续包季（3个月）、连续包年（12个月）
2. 订阅价格：连续包月为30元/月，连续包季为68元/季，连续包年为158元/年
3. 自动续费：会在到期前24小时，自动续订并扣除相应费用。
4. 关闭服务：如需取消订阅，请手动打开iOS的“设置” -->进入“iTunes Store 与 App Store”-->点击“Apple ID”，选择"查看Apple ID"，进入"账户设置"页面，点击“订阅”，选择豪华绿钻自动续费取消订阅即可。如未在订阅期结束的至少24小时前关闭订阅，此订阅将会自动续订。
