I suggest that the team behind this app looks at “IDF Mobilités” the app behind the paris transport system for some inspiration. The app has no useful information about the type of tickets, it’s just a list, and when you choose one, if you don’t have your credit/debit card saved in the app (because why support apple pay in 2025), it just tells you that you don’t have a saved card. You of course cannot add it in that step (too intuitive), but must return to the beginning to first save a card, then return. The team should seriously reconsider the service it is (not) providing to the user and consider major improvements, as especially when I can recharge my card in the physical machines in about 15 seconds, it is not useful to me

I used the app once to check my card balance and since then it will not open.

Like the public transportation, just terrible.
