I have absolutely been enjoying this app and use it daily. It’s been easy to get used to. I’ve figured out a lot of great features I love as well. Import recipes, sort, alter, add and change ingredients. It’s awesome, I totally recommend.
Beautiful Display

I really like this recipe app. The only thing that I feel can be improved is to make the Recipe Book full screen for easy viewing of your recipes and after so many recipes to start a new line of recipes.
Organized Recipe Collection

I love having my favorite recipes organized at my fingertips. I am trying to import a recipe from Facebook. The app doesn’t seem to recognize Facebook as a source of recipes. Can you assist me? A short video added to your developer page on importing recipes from Facebook would be great!
Developer Response
Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the delayed response! At the moment, importing from social media platforms like Facebook isn’t supported yet – but it’s already in development. I’ve also taken note of your suggestion to offer more guidance or tutorials. That’s something I’d definitely like to improve, though it may take a bit more time. Appreciate your patience and the helpful input!
Awesome app!

I had been printing copies of web pages to keep a recipe. Will Taste I can just add those recipes to this app and no more printing and having to look through multiple printed pages to find what I want. Love this app!
Developer Response
Thanks a lot for the kind words. It means a lot to hear that Taste is actually saving you time and paper. Glad it's working for you!
This larger update brings the Shopping List to Taste. Search and Smart Folders have also been adapted for iOS 27, and several areas of the app have been made more stable.
# Additions
• The Shopping List has its own place in the app. Items can be added, edited, and checked off directly. Open and completed items remain clearly separated.
• The Shopping List can be hidden in Settings when it is not needed.
• Ingredients can be added to the Shopping List from a recipe. The selected quantities scale with the chosen number of servings.
• The Shopping List offers list, tile, and compact grid views. Items can be sorted and are synchronized through iCloud between devices using the same account.
• The free version allows up to 15 open items. This limit does not apply with Taste Premium or Lifetime.
# Changes
• As part of the adaptations for iOS 27, Search and Smart Folders have been visually refined. The new Smart Folder cards also appear on older iOS versions.
# Corrections
• Text transitions while editing recipes are smoother again.
• In the three-column recipe layout, new instruction groups are once again created on the correct side.
• On iOS 27, prices and promotional information in the Store are displayed correctly again.
• Several rare causes of crashes involving file and recipe imports, app startup, and the start of recipe translation have been addressed.
This update took longer than I had planned. The final work on the Shopping List needed more time than expected. I also had a summer break during which I could spend less time on Taste. I expect updates to appear more frequently again over the coming weeks. For the next steps, I want to focus mainly on stability and performance, especially with very large recipe collections.
