The Mobile Guide for spoga+gafa is the interactive event guide for the event from 24-26 June 2025.
Come and grow! Be part of spoga+gafa 2025, the largest garden and BBQ trade fair in the world. spoga+gafa brings together companies and trade visitors from all over the world. Renowned exhibitors showcase their products, innovations and trends relating to the garden and BBQ. Outdoor furniture and decoration, lighting, shading and irrigation solutions, plants and soil, tools and machinery, sports and play accessories and everything to do with barbecues and outdoor kitchens. At spoga+gafa you can also find out about current industry developments, network and lay the foundations for new business developments.
This functional and user-friendly app makes it easier for you to prepare your visit and supports you on site at the trade fair in Cologne.
EXHIBITOR | PRODUCTS | INFORMATIONS
The app offers a detailed exhibitor and product directory as well as a floor plan with all exhibitors' stands. Find information about the program or for arrival and departure, as well as accommodation in Cologne.
PLAN YOU VISIT
Find exhibitors by name, country and product groups and plan your visits with favourites, contacts, appointments and notes. Get information about the program. Keep track of interesting program dates with favourites to program dates.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get notification for short-term program changes and other short-term organizational changes directly to your device.
NETWORKING
Networking allows exhibitors and visitors to exchange contact information in the app before, during and after the event.
LEADTRACKING
Leadtracking allows the convenient export of their contacts made during the event
DATA PROTECTION
The Mobile Guide requires appropriate permissions for "Add to address book" and "Add to Calendar" and will ask for that first time you use these functions. Contact data and appointments are stored at any time only local on your device.

IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE INSTALLATION
After installation the app will once download compressed data for exhibitors, extract and import them. Please make sure you have an adequate Internet connection and have some patience during this first import. This procedure can take up to one minute for the first time and should not be interrupted.
