Our biggest update yet — the multiplayer engine has been rebuilt from the ground up. REBUILT MULTIPLAYER Online matches now run on Photon Fusion 2 with networked physics and tick-based simulation. Balls move smoothly, hits register where you aimed, and players who join mid-match see the correct state right away — no more rubber-banding. 11 NEW ARENAS The map roster grows from two arenas to thirteen. Single player gets a map picker so you can choose where you fight, and every online match now rolls a random arena. The seasonal arena still switches between its summer and winter looks. GRENADES A new throwable with a short fuse, splash damage and its own cooldown meter. Bank it around a corner and clear a crowded lane. NO MORE ENERGY METER The energy system is gone. Play as many matches as you want, whenever you want. NEW SOUNDTRACK A fresh drum & bass and neurofunk playlist that rotates between matches. COINS AND REWARDS Earn coins for every frag, for finishing a match and for winning it. A 7-day login streak pays out a growing daily bonus, and you can watch an optional video for extra coins. Everything in the shop is still unlockable by playing.
