I’ve been doing Mega Burn for over two years at both the Phoenix Inn Scottsdale Studios. Even if I only get to class once every couple weeks due to a demanding work schedule, or a couple times a week - it’s such an amazing method to keep one’s core at Peak performance. We know this is important as we age, and I thank you for just being there! 🙏🙏🙏
