This is a free digital platform for the Dream Delhi project is designed to provide continuous support to DR-TB patients during their treatment journey. The platform assesses the case against vulnerability parameters of a DR-TB case that impacts a person to continue and complete his/her treatment. The Dream Delhi digital platform enables a DR-TB patient to receive holistic support i.e. apart from treatment it helps a patient to receive nutrition, psycho-social, transportation and vocational support throughout their treatment journey. The platform has two major components patient centric application and provider centric application.
