Almost 80% of the things I want to check (protein bars and “healthy” snack bars with high fiber, low sugar and carbs (hopefully) aren’t in the database. I can only scan so many for them. Overall it seems like a great app and unlike many, it seems like it may help diabetics more than many of the others. Just wish the database was better.
Great & free tool after health scares

Due to recent medical test results I need to heavily improve my diet. Nutrition labels are extremely confusing to me so this app is a great tool for simplifying it to “can eat” and “can’t eat” as well as showing me which categories it’s bad and good for. What I mean by that is a red or green light on categories like heart health, added sugar, etc. It’s free and simple. My only suggestions right now are more diet categories should be added. Like no gallbladder for example.

Wow, what an amazing app! This app scans food products I want to know about and quickly “sifts” through my designated dietary restrictions based on medical conditions, lifestyle preferences and so much more and then tells me instantly if the food product is ok to eat. Knowing what foods everyone in a household can eat that satisfy gluten-free, vegetarian and heart healthy options is tough. This makes finding what works so much easier. Love it!
