レジトレ！運営事務局では、社会人のレジリエンス向上を目的とするスマートフォン認知行動療法の5つのスキルの有効性を調べる研究を実施しています。本アプリを用いた研究にご参加いただくには、IDとパスワードを別途発行いたします。
■「レジトレ!」とは？
経済産業省・日本医療研究開発機構の 「予防・健康づくりの社会実装に向けた研究開発基盤整備事業」（職場等での心の健康の保持増進を目指した介入のエビデンス構築） の支援を受け、こころのしなやかさとストレス耐性レジリエンスを高めるために開発されるトレーニングアプリおよびそのバックエンドシステムを含めた研究コンテンツの総称です。
■アプリでレジリエンス力を高め、じぶんを強化しよう！
レジリエンスは精神的な耐久力や回復力とも言われ、レジリエンスの向上は精神的な体力の増進、仕事や勉強のパフォーマンス向上につながります。
京都大学大学院医学研究科 健康増進・行動学分野では、メンタルヘルスの向上に有効である認知行動療法をベースに、ライフツービッツ株式会社と共同でスマートフォンのアプリ『レジトレ！』を提供いたします。このアプリを使うことで、気軽にレジリエンスのトレーニングができます。
