Mal servicio de la app y de atención al cliente, hace 4 meses mi banco solicitó una gestión de contracargo, debido a que la app cobró el dinero de mi tarjeta de débito, pero no me lo reflejó en NIU, y ya casi pasan los 120 días que da la ley para solucionar el problema y aún no recibo contestación
