DAY-BOOK is a compact, yet concise visitor management system allowing you to safely and securely keep a record of all your staff, visitors and pupil activity as they arrive and leave the premises. It can be provisioned as an on-premise solution, where it is all self-contained on a tablet computer (or alternative PC/Touchscreen device). The software enables the user to keep track of and report on movement in and out of school as well as allowing for extensive evacuation reports to be created in the event of a fire.
The DAY-BOOK app is in addition to the DAY-BOOK visitor management software. Within the app the users can access the evacuation report on the move whether this be online on the school WIFI or offline in the playground where WIFI access may be limited. The app also has a “check box” feature meaning that users can tick off staff/students as they see them during the fire evacuation.
