not gonna lie whoever see this review. Smells something in that Casino the bigtime who win are already manifisted its already cook the menu have agreement with the management that Casino are Greedy. When the Machines Run you cant stop simetimes you can si basically its controled too much. Never gonna go back there and tell my friends

I worked at a nursing rehab facility, and yesterday, October 22, 2025, my two assistants and I took eight elderly residents, some of whom use wheelchairs while others are able to wheel themselves, to Sky River Casino. The purpose was for them to enjoy lunch, have some fun, and try their luck at gambling. However, the casino is not wheelchair accessible, and the residents felt they were being discriminated against. The security staff caused us difficulties by scanning our IDs and thoroughly checking each wheelchair. So we left 3 residents they alert and oriented, but wheelchair bound so they can play a bit, and we took some of them in the restaurant to have a place to eat. Security manager told us not to leave them because it’s considered abandoned. They don’t even asked if we need help, and yet they have the never to tell us not there problem if we are short-handed. I will call the state and complaint regarding this matter.

My app won’t show me current promos or if I have free play available. I have to go in and swipe my card at the kiosk everytime to see the promos or my free play offers. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. I can scan for careless pay when I’m there but I would love to be able to see if I have any special promos waiting for me. I mean who wouldn’t love an extra reason to come back and see you all!! I love sky river although I think you guys have attached a magnet to my car because every time I drive by my car veers off the exit and into your parking lot😂🤷‍♀️.. SEE YOU SOON!!!

MyskyRiver app will not open the wallet which allows you to link your bank account or credit card to the app. I believe it also allows you to apply for a line of credit.Everything else on the app appears to be working, but it will not allow me to open up my wallet while using the app. I have troubleshot it by updating my iOS, deleted and reloaded the app, and did a hard reboot on my phone. Still with the same result. To the Developer, any suggestions??So frustrating
