I've never been all that good at chess because I fail to see more than 1 move ahead, but this game helps to point out potential moves for myself by highlighting squares and, frankly, that simple highlight did wonders to help me notice how close the computer was to taking some of my pieces. For $3.99 (ONE time - contrary to so many chess games on the app store), this is a fantastic deal and well worth the money!
