This app couldn’t have come at a more important time for kids. With mental health challenges rising among younger generations, teaching these tools to children and integrating it into their daily lives can make a massive difference. The meditations and breathing techniques this app teaches can help kids build a stronger connection with themselves, manage emotions better, and regulate their nervous systems in a healthy way.I highly recommend this app to kids and it’s an amazing app for parents to practice meditation with their children.

As a pediatric occupational therapist, I am always incorporating mindfulness techniques into my treatment sessions. This is a great tool to help kids learn how to calm their bodies and regulate using meditation. I would recommend Good Luck Yogi to any parent, educator or person who cares about the emotional regulation of children. The visuals and guided meditations are interactive and my patients have really enjoyed using this.
