Die App bietet zwei Möglichkeiten den Naturpark Frankenhöhe auf besondere Weise kennen zu lernen. Die Entdeckertouren sind speziell für jüngere Besucher und wer „Ganz-Ohr“ unterwegs ist, darf den Naturpark-Rangern der Frankenhöhe bei Ausführungen zu Ihrer Heimat lauschen.
Mit der App ist man „Ganz-Ohr“ unterwegs und lässt sich von den Naturpark-Rangern und anderen Akteuren den Naturpark, die ökologischen Zusammenhänge und Kulturlandschaft erklären. Auf den Routen zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, gibt es verschiedene Stationen. Hier kommen die Naturpark-Ranger und andere zu Wort und können über den Smartphone Lautsprecher oder Kopfhörer gehört werden. So erschließt sich der Naturpark Frankenhöhe eben „Ganz-Ohr“.
Wer mehr wissen will, erfährt bei den „Entdeckertouren“ genaue Details zu den Lebensräumen des Naturparks. Spannende Rätsel gerade für jüngere Besucher laden dazu ein Lebensraumkarten zu sammeln. Wer genug Lebensraumkarten gesammelt hat, bekommt von den Naturpark-Rangern ein echtes „Junior-Ranger auf Entdeckertour“ Abzeichen zum Aufnähen auf dem Hemd oder den Rucksack.
