EVALUATING LOADS WITH THE PROFIT ANALYZER
To evaluate a load correctly, first calculate the total miles from:

Then follow these steps:
1. Enter the Load Rate/Amount
2. Enter the Estimated Miles you Calculated.
3. Enter your Current Diesel Fuel Price.
4. Your results will automatically populate.
UNDERSTANDING THE PES EVALUATION
Profit Evaluation Status (PES), Every time the truck moves, the odometer goes up—and with every mile, your unique PES indicator changes. It moves positive when you’re building profits and negative when you’re accumulating losses.
WHAT IS FUEL USAGE LOSS/GAINS
If the evaluation results are Negative by half or more of the Load Rate, you lose the entire load payment and may also lose your own cash out of pocket.
KNOWING THE RECOMMENDED RATE
The Recommended (R) Rate is the minimum target rate needed to protect and grow your profits.
NEGOTIATE RATES IN FAVOR OF PROFITS
