Even though I have been studying the Bible for many years, this app breaks stories down into smaller segments so that you remember more details. It points out things that are important to the history of the story that you may miss if you are just reading cover to cover. The overview and quizzes help solidify the information that you are learning. A few glitches with the Bible verse playback, but it has improved in the 4 months I have been using the app. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to dive deeper into the scriptures.

WOW!! Great app. Easier and enjoyable way to learn the Bible, the places, people, events, and so much more. There is and has been some bugs, but they are tackling them and fixing the issues. Also, enjoy their podcast “The Bible Brief”. The Bible Brief is a daily walk, jog and run through the Bible. Keep up the great work! I have told my Bible study group of both apps. You can’t say “the Bible is too hard to read or I don’t understand it”, with their guidance; you will have a better understanding of the Bible.

I've been in church and reading the Bible for years but rarely enjoyed it the way that I am now as I'm going through the app. I especially enjoy the questions, commentary or summary of the passages, and the questions. Each day is just enough without it being overwhelming. Highly recommended both for long time Bible readers and those who are learning the story of the Bible for the first time.

I learned about this app from the Bible Brief, a podcast that I listen to. The creator of this app is the host of the podcast. Andrew does an incredible job of clearly telling the story of the Bible in layers, which helps me understand how the entire story works together (as opposed to disjointed mini-stories with different messages). This app is no exception. Prism guides my learning of the Bible. I love it! The teaching is incredible, having access to the Bible in-app is useful, and the step-by-step approach increases my comprehension and understanding. The gamification makes the learning fun, too.Highly recommend this app for someone new to the Bible or for a seasoned Christian who wants to rediscover the story and learn at a deeper level.
