Conduct vehicle damage and compliance inspections on your digital device.
Designed to be used in conjunction with the Bynx mobility solution incorporating Fleet Management, Vehicle Leasing and Vehicle Rental, Bynx Inspect integrates seamlessly with the back office enabling you to carry out all manner of compliance inspections, vehicle inspections and condition reports via a smartphone or tablet, with or without wireless connection. Thus enhancing the existing web based inspections solution provided by Bynx to function with or without internet connectivity.
Easily record and store images and video
Using the app, you can create a car inspection report (selecting from many different types), and with interactive diagrams, pinpoint precisely where damage is on a vehicle. In order to confirm your findings and show the full extent of the damage, the app allows images and videos to be recorded and stored alongside the report. Everything is stored for reference any time you need it.
Easily identify new damage and historical events
The app creates a ‘condition history’ of every vehicle inspected and makes it easy to compare and identify new damage. When and who repaired any previous damage and the costs and recharges associated with the damage. Records are maintained of all compliance inspections carried out and alerts can be issued for any asset not meeting the required standards.
Support for digital signature
Bynx Inspect supports digital signing so you can ask for the customer’s signature, for authorisation, validation or agreement, and email a personalised copy of the inspection report straight to them on completion.

Online/Offline
If you’re in a location without an internet connection (or a poor connection), the App still works. It records all of the detail being entered, stores it and uploads it to your central enterprise system when the device is back online.

Register and try it out
As a prerequisite you must be an authorised user of the Bynx Mobility solution and in receipt of a valid Application Code. Update for the latest release. The signature box and name of the signatory will now be required in order to submit inspections in the inspections app for certain inspection types to match back office checks. Additionally longer branch names will be displayed better on the inspection header screen.
