Yeah, they illegally dissolved their rewards program. I had hundreds of dollars in points built up and they gave a month notice. Then the week before that month expired, I went to use my points and they said that it expired a week ago. Apparently they just decided to end early. Fully admitted it. Didn’t care. Essentially stole hundreds of dollars from me. If we lived in a well regulated economy, then this wouldn’t happen. But it is what it is. I still go here out of convenience, but only when I absolutely have to, like when there’s a foot of snow on the ground, like today. I’m not going to risk going across town with the crazy drivers out here. But I’m not going here willingly either.

Update: support was very quick to right this wrong after it was pointed out. Admittedly this should have never happened at all but I appreciate the responsiveness of their team. I’ve spent well over $200 on this app and haven’t received a single reward point for my purchases. Effectively scamming me out of rewards for my purchases, I’d like to be contacted on this matter

You don’t really need much from a dispensary app but one thing I don’t understand, and why it hasn’t been added is weight filter. I can sort by price but would be nice to just be able to search for a quarter or a half etc.
