The past couple years have been challenging for the restaurant industry. Large third party marketplaces charge big commissions to restaurants. This usually results in profit loss and increased cost to the consumer. This marketplace model also puts small, independent restaurants in direct competition with large chains and corporately owned restaurants. We have seen a huge interest within our local community to support our cherished local businesses.
