With a curated, on demand video library and live weekly classes you can follow Pilates By Bryony’s method, and choose from a range of videos to sculpt, tone and lengthen your body. Whether you have 5 or 45 minutes to dedicate that day there is something for everyone to practise anywhere and anytime. To access all features and content you can subscribe to Pilates By Bryony on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
All payments will be paid through your Apple Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Divine Timing
I listened to Bryonys interview on The Balanced Blonde podcast and was so drawn to her story and energy. The summer Pilates challenge just started and I jumped at the opportunity to sign up…I’m only three days in and can already feel such an incredible shift. These workouts are exactly what my body is craving. I had never done Pilates before and have always felt it intimidating but having heard her speak on her journey and then now having taken a few classes I can truly say there is no intimidation…only inspiration. If you’re on the fence I recommend listening to the podcast (ep. 312) to really understand and appreciate her passion. Thank you Bryony for sharing your gifts with the world.

Awesome classes, the workouts are great while feeling totally accessible, and Bryony’s voice is calming and empowering. Highly recommend everything I’ve tried so far - mostly basics and own-body-weight classes - looking forward to getting to some of the more advanced classes as I progress!
Sound!
I absolutely love your program! However, your sound on the majority of your video flows is horrible! I can barely hear you. I have tried on 2 brand new laptops and my phone and same thing. Maybe use a mic??? I can’t imagine whomever edits your videos can’t tell that the sound is horrible. To pay as much as you charge everything including sound should be top notch.
I look forward to the improvement soon.
