MindTriggers is an app used both for individual use and online tutoring service run by Dr. Zahra Moussavi’s team. The app is designed to combat those types of memory and cognitive skills that are impaired by either natural aging or by a type of dementia. For the individual usage, we recommend playing 3 of the games on a daily basis for at least 20 minutes per day. The app has an option that allows you to choose your data to be used in a study as well as monitoring your performance.
