You won’t get spoon-fed a generic plan with this App. You’ll get the knowledge you need to understand nutrition basics, one-click macro tracking to remove the guesswork and the tools to help you have a better relationship with food. Over 500 step-by-step recipes provided by a Registered Dietician, with new recipes added weekly. Easy access to your favorite recipes and flexibility to add any meal while you’re on the go!
