I use the LionHeart watch app to monitor my heart rate while working out at F45. My FAVORITE feature of LionHeart is that it integrates data with Apple heath. I am a nerd for the data, and especially so as it pertains to heart rates and all things fitness. That I can monitor each workout and my efforts within each working set, AND have this data integrate with my Apple heath app, is such a flex!! It brings all my health data into one place and makes me feel empowered in the birds eye view this affords me to my wellness. I’ve used proprietary heart rates monitoring systems at other boutique gyms which I’ve enjoyed, however their proprietary nature gives them a lifespan only as long as your relationship with that gym. I like this app because of how much control I have with the data it obtains. ALSO*** I have had to reach out to support, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Turns out it was operator error 🙃 but I did not feel like an annoyance or a burden

I’ve been using the app for the last nine months to track my F45 workouts. I love that it shows my effort and heart rate in real time and I can adjust my intensity as I work. Overall, it’s a great app.

I love this app! I’m already wearing my watch for my workouts and now I can sync my workout app and my workouts to track how I’m doing. It keeps me so mindful of my heart rate so I can get the most out of my workouts.
