A Day in Kitty's Life is a storybook app that was developed for toddlers and youngsters who are deaf and hard of hearing. In this story, the children are learning two main concepts: Action Verbs and Emotions/Traits.
The underlying purpose of this story is to help children to become aware of the emotions and traits that people and animals have throughout their daily lives; to realize how emotions or traits can affect their actions or how various actions may influence their feelings; to have empathy for the animals and to understand that taking care of a pet requires responsibility and commitment, and to help the children to maintain their humane practice while growing up.
