Super App for a Super Trainer

I’ve been working with Jen for over 2 years now and I’m so excited she launched this app to make getting her content even easier. Workouts are always fun and focused on moving in a way you enjoy, not in a way that you feel forced to do based on diet culture ideas. She always offers modifications so if you can’t or simply don’t want to do a certain move a certain way, you can still get the benefits of moving your body.

Empowered by Jen makes you feel just that….Empowered!Jen has developed a platform that makes it easy to want to move your body joyfully! This app comes with no judgment or pressure, but does not slack on the community and encouragement. Your are more than a number here and more than the amount of reps you can do. You’ll leave feeling strong, powerful, beautiful and EMPOWERED! 💪🏻This app is the real deal. I would give this a 100/10 would recommend to anyone! Download, I promise you won’t regret it!
