If you are looking for a new storage medium, you will quickly find surprisingly good offers on well known websites. However, these storage media are often devices that offer significantly less storage space than specified by the manufacturer. This is achieved by changing the firmware, which causes the operating system to assume that, for example, two terabytes are available - but in reality only 32 GB can be written. Drive Capacity Tester can verify the manufacturer's specified size of USB sticks and SD cards. Counterfeit storage media can be found quickly. Drive Capacity Tester offers the following features: • Verifying USB sticks USB sticks can be verified. • Verifying SD cards SD cards can also be verified. • Progress indicator The current progress is displayed. There is also a display of the remaining time. • Simultaneous testing Several drives can be verified at once (this function is only available in the Pro version). • Resume a test Is your storage medium very large? Don't want to leave the computer running overnight? No problem! Simply continue the test you have started later (this function is only available in the Pro version). Works, but the free version is annoying

The product does exactly what it's supposed to do, but if you have a bigger drive and it's bad, it's gonna take forever to test it with the free version. As you get to the bad parts, the speed slows down and the overall test time increases exponentially.But that's what you get if you want to stick to the 'free' version. Don't click in the active test window, or it wll cancel the test that's running - that's something the devloper could fix - make it clear that doing so will stop the test.Other than that - if you're like me, just wanting to confirm the card you have is no good - the free version works fine. If you want more, buy the program.

It has a free version that works as intended. if there are any errors, you can always contact the support. If you want additional features, you can unlock the Pro version.
