Rent Please! Landlord Sim 9+

BEST GAME EVER!

I got this game quite a while ago and I really like this game. Good things about this game is that there are no pestering adds unless you want them to get diamonds or money. Diamonds can get you furniture and decorations when you have the landlords house(es). Yes, you can get multiple houses, the limit to the houses is three and you can decorate them however you want! There are a lot of different apartments or villas or stuff like that. When you first start, you have this small apartment to work on. You also have the same type apartment in the back of the first one. You also get to buy stores, laundromats, gyms, and much more! You have to upgrade tenants rooms to make them happy, and also the stores. At one point of the game, you get a bigger apartment for two then eventually, three! I hope people who decide to play this game absolutely love it and give it a five-star rating like me! This game is so cool and fun and awesome! If the developers of the game sees this, thank you so much for making this game! I love it so much! Some people might not agree with me but I saw some of the reviews and it looks like a lot like this game like me. I am not too far in the game so I have no idea what else there is but I am level 11 so I have no idea what else there is. In conclusion, I really like this game and I hope the developers keep updating this game so that I have no reason stop! LOL!

Lots of Diamonds But Not Enough Money

I was surprised this wasn’t one of those rip-off games where in the adds for the game it says something about it but the game turns out to be nothing like what the adds say. It’s really fun and I could play it for hours but there are some flaws like having to many diamonds for example. I have so many diamonds just sitting there and I have no idea what to do with them. I saw a review and they said having a wheel you can spin bye spending diamonds would be cool. They also said making it so you can trade in diamonds to get money would be a cool update. Another thing I don’t like is that I don’t have enough money. Everything gets so expensive and I spend it on like two things and my money is gone. Having these fixed would be really helpful. I also think cashdaddy comes way to often. Like it’s a great help in all but it’s also making you watch adds for it. Maybe you could make it so there’s an option to spend diamonds to get the money instead of watching an add. I do like though that he mostly offers money and most of the time not diamonds. I also like how when you decline his offer he doesn’t just stay there. There is a little glitch though that when I’m at the office and cashdaddy is there the little pop up pointing to where he is points to somewhere random and not to the office. But overall this is a really good game and I recommend it! I hope you consider updating the game. Thanks for reading!

Dear landlord, your feedbacks about money and diamonds will be certainly heard by our developers. Actually you can use diamonds to buy furniture in Furniture Store or draw store managers. But we will cosider to make out more ways for you to consume your diamonds in the future.

And for other aspects you have mentioned, we will also try to optimize that, we will continue updating and adjusting our game to be better.

I’ve literally spent 8 hours playing this game. I never got bored, the complaints that the people give you help you customize their room the way they want, I don’t mean different but the upgrades will be different for their needs and wants. For example if they complain about the bed while someone else complains about their kitchen then you upgrade the first persons bed, and the other persons kitchen. It’s got lots of options to earn money or too earn dims. Cashdaddy is my go too guy when I need to upgrade and he comes quite often. The only complaint is that there are certain times where earning money is hard and you continue to get lots of complaints about something you can afford but it’s not too big of a deal when you get further into upgrading rent. You can also really get too know the people and there situations, and if they constantly complain about something that can’t be upgraded then you just kick them out. It’s actually a really good game (with not many adds) and I highly suggest it too anyone because it’s such a good game and it doesn’t feel cold and boring like a lot of other games.
