X-SERVE（X-ray examination Scattered Radiation Visualize application）は、モンテカルロ計算に基づいた医療X線診療時の散乱線の挙動を拡張現実（AR)で可視化できるアプリです。 X-SERVE_VDは、臥位の検査（X線撮影や透視等）における散乱線分布のVolume Dataを使用し、X線診療室内の任意の散乱線分布の断面像を可視化するアプリです。 ・シミュレーションの照射条件は以下になります。 （管電圧87 kV、焦点検出間距離120 cm、腹部仰臥位正面、） 表示される線量の単位は[μSv/mGy]で、入射表面線量1mGy当たりの周辺線量当量を示しています。 ・画面右上Visiblityで、患者、装置の表示のon/offができます。 ・画面右下Adjustmentで、表示物の大きさの調整(Scale)、位置の平行移動（Position）、左右回転(Rot-Right/Left)ができます。 ・画面左上のボタンを押し、3軸の表示断面の調整、下方でカラースケールの調整ができます。 ・画面下では、カメラ位置での線量を数値と色で示しています。 本アプリは、スチームパンクデジタル株式会社にご支援いただき開発いたしました。
