Lifts is a free App that allows you to create, organise and track your weight-lifting workout programs in a simple, and clean interface - Use pre-made Strength and Hypertrophy programs - Create custom programs, workouts and exercises - Record sets as you complete them and be notified when its time to start your next one - Use pounds, kilograms or plates to track your weight - Automatic incrementing helps with progressive overload - See your workout history and track your progress - See your numbers go up with exercise progress charts
