Here’s what we’ve added: - New-look onboarding to help you find your personal burnout signs. - Daily tracking to keep on top of your energy levels and understand your trends. - A self-care home with mental and physical wellness routines tailored for neurodivergent needs.

Our reflection feature helps you to build reflective moments into your daily routine! You can now create and store written, spoken or visual reflections in the app to clear your head and develop a better understanding of how you’re feeling over time. Affirmation notifications act as an oasis for your mental wellbeing amidst all of life’s noise!

Self-regulate with our new stimming tool! With Cogs you can now generate personalised audiovisual stims to help your sensory and emotional regulation. Save your favourite stims to the home screen for quick and easy access anytime.
