I was able to login to my acc and everything worked perfectly but somehow one thing only when I opened chart. It stuck on the loading icon and showed error loading,time out

I don’t know why what is happening, but I tried a local bank withdrawal using amej and I have not been able to cancel it because it is not coming through. I have not been credited either so I would kindly appreciate if you could get back to me and just sort this out. Thank you
