Rockstarkids has been a game-changer for our family. We initially had the application developed for personal use to create structure and help our children with school and discipline.
The outcome has been nothing short of amazing!
Why is it such an amazing tool? The concept is simple, yet powerful because it uses the psychology of rewards and incentives to help children achieve lofty goals. It creates a win-win environment between children and parents and eliminates tension and arguments at home.
How it works:
Every parent has an idea of the expectations they want to see in their children. For example, wouldn’t be nice for children to do their homework, complete their chores, and do other tasks without being asked in a timely manner? This tool helps you achieve all of these and more.
Using RockstarKids, you turn the expected goal for your child into a task and assign a time for it to be completed. Each task that is completed on time can be used to accumulate points which can be used to redeem rewards.
The tool also allows parents to create multiple rewards that are given point values by associating tasks with rewards.
Rewards can range from monetary allowance, to movie nights, to a special night out with parents, to getting a wanted toy. The reward ideas are only limited by the parents' imagination.
