The NIH Infant and Toddler Toolbox (“Baby Toolbox” or NBT) aims to develop a comprehensive nationally-normed, developmental assessment battery for ages 1-42 months for use in clinical and research settings. This battery includes direct, observational, and parent-report assessments administered via a digital tablet platform that address the measurement and feasibility concerns of existing assessments (e.g., cost, time-consuming administration, extensive training requirements).
