All classes will provide a balance and depth to your practice no matter your experience. We welcome and support all people regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, ability or sexual orientation. We strive to highlight voices that are not usually included in the yoga world so that we can create a space where no one is left out. We’re better together – on and off the mat. That’s the way we build the world we long for.
