The Lynch Syndrome app was developed following research with Lynch Syndrome carriers and is supported by the UK National Health Service Genomic Medicine Service Alliance and by the Lynch Syndrome UK and Lynch Syndrome Ireland patient associations. The Lynch Syndrome mobile app will provide Lynch Syndrome carriers with their own portable patient-held, longitudinal, personal care record. All data is patient entered and requires no integration with third-party systems. The app provides NHS-approved information, support, and guidance to Lynch Syndrome carriers plus automatic alerts, reminders, and follow-up for all the NHS-recommended Lynch Syndrome screening checks. All data storage and any user the data is only with explicit patient consent that is given and recorded in the mobile app.
