The gameplay is simple yet challenging. The player controls a launcher at the bottom of the screen and aims to match bubbles of the same color to eliminate them. The player must think ahead and plan their moves strategically to be able to clear the levels efficiently.

Bubble Pop Space also offers a variety of modes, including time-limited levels, arcade mode, and survival mode. In time-limited levels, the player must clear all the bubbles on the screen before the time runs out. In arcade mode, the player must clear a set number of levels to advance to the next stage. In survival mode, the player must clear as many levels as possible before losing all their lives. These different modes add an extra layer of replay ability as the player can challenge themselves to beat their previous high scores.
It also includes a global leaderboard, where players can compete with other players from all over the world.
