Matplotlib Colormaps are a set of beautiful colormaps that are popularly used in R, Python and D3. These maps are colorblind-friendly, greyscale friendly and extremely captivating in visualizations and infographics. These colormaps are perceptually uniform and sequential. And what does that mean? In simple terms, if you were given a set of candies with these colors, you would be able to put them in the correct order without any guidance.
