Improve your vocabulary with this fun app that delivers a new word for you to learn and use every day.
To help you learn, Word a Day gives a definition, synonyms, pronunciation and an example of how each word might be used. Clicking the pronunciation field plays an audio sample of how the word is spoken, so that you can hear how to pronounce it correctly.
Word a Day also remembers several previous words so that you can revisit them again if you missed or forgot them.
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Optional notifications can alert you every day when a new word is available.
