Turn waiting time into puzzle time. Or play simply to relax. An unlimited number of Tetris-like board puzzles. Relax with an easy puzzle—or challenge yourself to a harder one. PentoMind offers thousands of pentomino puzzles, with a choice of boards, difficulty levels, and hints whenever you need them. Fit the provided pentomino pieces onto the board to cover every white square without overlapping. Each piece consists of five connected squares. The rules are simple; finding a solution can be surprisingly challenging. Previously featured on Apple's What's Hot in Board Games for over three months and also in What's Hot in Puzzles. • Smooth animated piece movement, with rotation and  flipping (in 3D). • Thousands of puzzles! • Choice of board and difficulty level. • Hints for all puzzles. • All settings preserved if you quit the app; timing resumes when you return. • Shake to reset a puzzle; shake again to undo the reset. You may choose to have your games timed. Then you can replay the same puzzle with a friend to see who can solve it the fastest. Some puzzles may have more than one solution, in fact if you start with an empty board there may be hundreds or even thousands of possible solutions. But finding just one can be a challenge.

PentoMind is a great app for passing time while standing in line or waiting for an appointment. It has elements of Tetris but is more self-paced, so interruptions are not problematic. It’s a fun way to take your mind off of the stresses of the day.

Pentos is a excellent puzzle game that provides great gameplay for iPhone, perfect for when you have a few minutes to fill because it can easily stop and start without any difficulties. Pentos is the implementation of the classic Pentominos puzzles where the object of the game is to completely cover the board with a set of twelve individual pieces. Pentos provides a range of puzzle difficulties, which is great since I can tailor the puzzle to the amount of time I have to spend working on the puzzle. It also has a timer option which allows for more "competitive" gameplay. All in all it is a great puzzle game that I have thoroughly enjoyed playing and has earned a permanent spot on my iPhone.

This is my favorite game!! It's such a great mind-stimulator and a great way to spend time in line at the store. Every time I think I come across a puzzle with no solution, I reconfigure it and find one. I love this app!!
