App unusable - constantly crashes

I used draft analyzer last year to great success, but this year's app simply does not work at this point. It crashes every time I attempt to download/refresh the player info. Their staff said they are working on getting this fixed, but that was almost a week ago. Since drafting for many people has already begun, I find it really poor form for their app to be unable to function from the get-go when people pay to get the ability to use their imported league information. It would seem this would be a high priority, but due to the fact that they have not publicly conveyed the status of the fix, I feel that it evidently is not.

This app worked ok except I couldn't customize it to my league. I spent $55 to customize it and now the app doesn't work. At first it would not show me players when I switched to my custom league and now it just crashes before I can finish logging on.

I am in a 10-team league and can't change the size of the league to 10. Is there a way to change it from 12 to 10? Last years version you could change the league size. Can you update the app??

It almost works, the issue I have is, if I leave the app, or go into the menus in the app, it SOMETIMES resets the draft..... This makes it useless.It works great if u leave it open but I need to bounce between other things and can't risk coming back to it and it being reset
