Level not possible to get passed

This game is very fun and makes you think outside the box but the level (72 i believe) is where you need to shut off the flashlight and so i go to take off the battery cover and it won’t move. I’ve tried starting over, closing the app, everything. And I still cannot get passed it.... i saw someone else in the comments with the same issue... is it a glitch in the game??? I would love to get passed the level but it’s just not possible. Please help!

Not working

So over all this game is great and all but I have gotten pass this one level many times...But one day i decided to log on I got to the level did the same thing as normal and it said I was doing it wrong. So at first i just closed the app and tried again but that didn’t work. So i deleted the app and re installed it but by the time I got to that level it didn’t work. So I downloaded it on a different device and got to the same level and I did the same thing I did on my phone and it worked. The level this is happening to me on is “Touch the Wrong one on the Right”.

Good game! (Includes some answers)

This game is really fun and challenging!
To the people who complain about how you lose a heart when you touch the screen, I know its hard but it’s not apart of the answer so it will make you lose a life. The answer to the prnguin one is very simpe just shake your device up and down till the ice breaks and you wait from there. The one that says touch green,yellow,red touch green yellow and eait for red to come by while its spinning.
