This is a great interactive experience for the little ones. It helps them identify animals and the words too. When we read a book now, the children point out the words they saw in the game! Fantastic reinforcement.

My toddler loves this and "barn". Swear that she learned her animals more from this than anything else (and I don't let her play it that often!). Wish I could find more apps like this for toddlers as these are the best ones I've seen by far! As far as saying this isn't as good as "barn"...domt agree as my toddler usually asks for this one first. I was surprised when working on a new puzzle with her and she picked up the ostrich and told me it's name! I know that she learned it from this game!PLEASE MAKE MORE TODDLER APPS LIKE THIS ONE!

Fix the mispronunciations, please

My son loves Peekaboo Barn and the only thing I didn't like was the child mispronouncing all the animal names. They fixed that in the latest update by adding the option of an adult pronouncing the names, so I was excited to see Peekaboo Wild in the App store. Unfortunately it's missing the adult pronunciation option. I wouldn't have paid for this app if I'd realized that. The child's voice is cute, but I'd prefer my son learn correct pronunciations. Instead of "giraffe" it says "giwaffe" and so on. We don't talk about ostriches so he's not going to realize it's not pronounced "ostwich."Play-wise, the pace seems a bit slower than Peekaboo Barn but it runs well otherwise for me.
