Test your word power in this word builder game! Build words from the given alphabets. Choice of 2 dictionaries and multiple time modes. Play in 6 or 7 letter word modes. **** Update **** Starting from version 19.0, Pow-Word now includes a new swipe based interface to select letters for making words. You can also revert back to the earlier block based letters, from the Game Options menu at any time. The objective - Form as many words from the given set of jumbled letters in each round. Your score is carried forward until you are unable to form the longest word within a round. Simple controls and a host of features make Pow-Word a very addictive game and a great way to improve your vocabulary. My favorite word game so far

This gets five stars even though it keeps crashing and throwing me out of the program at the end of every fifth or sixth round. When this happens my progress is lost, and it's very frustrating. I'm running 4.1---is this an issue with that? Also I'd love an option to continue coming up with words after the timer runs out---or to run without timer on occasion. I'm fine with my score ending when I don't come up with the six-letter word, but I'd still like to try to come up with the words on my own. I have no problem with the ads; but, if you fix the bug and give me some control of the timer, I will purchase the full version anyway.P.S. Is there any way to turn up the sensitivity of the letter tiles? I find myself sometimes needing three or four tries at it before the letters I type register. At the very least, a way to remove just the last letter typed would be cool.

Ruined the Game!

I’ve literally played this game every day for over six years, even with the family as we would take turns. The new update has ruined it! Horrible layout and tried to make the game like others with a zigzag pattern. I’ve deleted the app. So sad.

We are sorry to hear this. You can still revert to the earlier layout if you prefer - from the main menu of the game, select select the Settings (below the PLAY button). You can choose the "TAP" option under "Select Letters" heading. This will revert to the earlier layout.Regards,

I’ve literally played this game every day for over six years, even with the family as we would take turns. The new update has ruined it! Horrible layout and tried to make the game like others with a zigzag pattern. I’ve deleted the app. So sad.

Score keeping bites the dust

All scores are gone. Used to be fun but now I hate it. Started acting up a week ago. Even when I get 100% right — gone.
