Works well with motion detecting but you can just exit out of the app and it stops. And the screen has to be on. Make it a high security app and let the lock screen go on so you have to know that password in order to turn off the app. Good idea though

This app works if the app is open, if your phone is on, and even when it is locked. Just let the app scan your two fingers (just for show), then it will turn the sound system and motion detectors on. Hold the phone in a still position and press your lock button. If you open your phone the alarm won't go off but the password will prevent people from getting in. I've caught one person trying to take it (it was just a friend) because they had no idea the alarm was on. This app is really fun

It is so cool totally not a waste of time, you can set sensitivity and you put your fingers on the pad to arm it then it says armed when you move it it goes EEEERRRRRTTTTTEEEEEEERRRRRRTTTT it's so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( if you have little siblings, this is the app for you) now you can unattended your device, not in panic that your brother or sis will mess with it. I caught my bro on my iPod twice and this app works so well!!!! It sometimes picks up footsteps and other vibrations which is cool. Anyway I should be able to catch him at it now!!!😈😈😈 if you have little siblings who sneak on your device just turn it over and leave the app on so they have to turn it over and make sure that the volume is on high so you can hear it! Love this app!!!!!
