Simple interface - love it

I love looking at real estates, and also have multiple mortgages. While there are plenty of spreadsheet that can do the same function, the app is very convenient and the new interface makes it even easier to use! Love the additional monthly payment option too. Everyone who is looking to shop for a house with a mortgage should have it (instead of listening to the agent up-selling properties...)

This is by far the best mortgage calculator app. Clean, easy to use, save multiple loans, no annoying ads. Due to a bug in the previous version, I tried many other apps. None could compare with this one. So happy with version 2.0

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. 1. Replaced old wood theme with iOS8 default flat look. 2. Fixed crash on amortization schedule 3. Fixed issue with calculations showing negative amount in iOS7/8 4. Other minor bug fixes and enhancements.
