I will admit that I have been a bit stressed lately and not sleeping as well as I normally do. Quite by accident I stumbled upon this app, and with the price being right, I decided to give it a try. I suppose I should first say that I fell asleep while listening to the session - wonderful. The speaker has a very soothing voice. He speaks slowly and confidently as he walks you through a relaxation session. As you listen to his words and concentrate on them, the cares of life to slip away and you do become relaxed. Without arguing the notion of hypnotherapy, I simply say that by following his instructions and focusing on what was being said, I did relax quite wonderfully and drifted off to sleep. I would recommend that you give it a try if you are experiencing stress of having trouble getting relaxed.

I've tried this out once so far.. it's really a wonderful app! It consists of a man with an English accent who somehow can get you to relax and fall asleep by just talking! One of my favorite apps so far. When I was trying it, I was really relaxed and on the verge of falling asleep... until my mom knocked on the door and told me we had to go somewhere. It's really great, I'll definantly be trying this again later!

This is an interesting application. It consists of several recordings of a British man talking to you. By listening to him you gradually grow wearier and wearier, more tired and more tired... until you in a very relaxed state. This application is great if you want to fall asleep. Also amazingly enough it's free! I recommend downloading it if you want to sleep or if you want to hypnotize your sister to sleep!

I have heard thousands of relaxation MP3s, and this one tops them all! David's voice is very soothing, and the suggestions are very effective! I used the app yesterday after having an absolutely horrible day, and when I woke I felt calm, happy, confident and completely at peace. All the bad things that had happened, didn't bother me in the slightest. This app is absolutely phenominal!
