Not "best of breed"

After using Ingenious Med and PMD I would certainly favor the latter as a superior product. Interface is clunky, we have to re-enter ICD-10 diagnostic codes every admission, and just seems to take longer. No historical data embedded. We found workflow for sign-outs impossible to use. Generates a patient list that is now unmanageable since providers find it difficult to put patients in an inactive status. Sub specialists and surgeons have declined to use it after a trial period.

Fast bill entry—responsive team

I love putting bills in on this app-much easier than on the computer. I had an issue with the quality questions “not taking” on the server, but appearing as if they were in the app. The team at IMBills and their developers responded and the issue truly does appear to be resolved with this update. If you have an issue, the developers will listen.

This app was amazing!

Our group started using IM and the effect was immediate. Our billing times were reduced to 24 hours - mostly because the app is always available.

We do have suggestions for their tech team and we usually have an update to our issues within the next 24-48 hours.
